Yes. All donations are processed through Donorbox using industry-standard encryption and secure payment providers. Gaza Online does not store your payment information.

Gaza Online is a U.S.-registered nonprofit. Our application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time. If approved, deductibility would apply under U.S. tax law only.

Donations are accepted through the secure form on this page using the available payment methods shown. At this time, we do not accept PayPal or local wallet systems. If additional payment methods are added in the future, they will appear directly on this page.

All donations are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any currency conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer. Exchange rates may vary month to month, and we’re unable to control or advise on currency conversion.

A donation may be declined due to bank restrictions, incorrect payment details, or insufficient funds. Some financial institutions limit international or charitable transactions. If this happens, we recommend contacting your bank or trying another payment method.

Yes. You can choose to make a one-time or monthly contribution directly through the donation form.

After donating, you’ll receive an email receipt from Donorbox with a secure link that allows you to manage, update, or cancel your recurring donation at any time.

Donations will appear as 'GONLINE INC' on your bank or card statement. If you don’t recognize a charge or have questions, please reach out via the contact form using the email address associated with your donation so we can assist you.

Donations support Gaza Online’s work to sustain and expand access to connectivity in Gaza, including platform operations, infrastructure costs, and free or subsidized connectivity for those most in need.
